2. If possible use organic garlic to reduce your exposure to pesticides and other chemicals.
3. You can use garlic by selecting a large clove and peeling it. Sew a piece of string through the clove to make it easier to remove. Place the clove in your vagina night when you go to bed and discard in the morning.
